Refund policy

We want everything you order from us to feel just right, whether it's a Luna Glow dress or one of Nana's crochet cat hats. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

30-day returns and exchanges

You can request a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition, with all tags and parts included

For light-up dresses, that includes the light system and battery pack. For crochet cat hat sets, that includes both the hat and its matching collar.

Exchanges for a different size, color or style

Need a different size, color or style? Email us and we'll help you swap it. Exchanges follow the same 30-day and condition rules as returns. Once your original item arrives back with us, we'll ship the new one.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email cs.glowingdress.shop@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
  2. We'll reply with instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable service and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

30-day product warranty

Manufacturing defects in the item or its workmanship are covered for 30 days from delivery. For light-up dresses, this includes the light system. The warranty doesn't cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Batteries
  • Damage caused by washing or cleaning a dress with the battery pack still attached

Crochet items are made by hand, so small differences in stitches or shade from the photos are part of their charm, not a defect.

Customers in the EU and UK

You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window already includes this right, and the same return steps above apply.
