1. Who we are

This website, glowingdress.shop, is operated by Luna Glowing Dress ("Luna Glow", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, or copy our photos, videos and text without permission.

3. Products and colors

We do our best to show every dress, color and light effect accurately. Screens vary, and handmade details can differ slightly from piece to piece. Size guides are a guide, not a guarantee.

Our dresses are dress-up costumes for children. Adult supervision is recommended. Battery compartments should stay closed, and batteries should be kept away from young children.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or an item is out of stock. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and are limited to the uses stated with the offer (for example, one use per customer). We may end or change an offer at any time. Orders already placed keep their discount.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, return windows and refund steps are explained on our shipping and refund pages and at checkout. Those details form part of these Terms.

7. Marketing messages

If you sign up for emails or text messages, you agree to receive marketing from us at the address or number you gave. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. Text messages are covered by our Mobile Terms in section 13 below.

8. Your information

How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify. Payments, email and text messaging are handled by trusted third-party providers. Their own terms apply to their services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Luna Glow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Mobile Terms (Luna Glow Texts)

Program. When you opt in to Luna Glow Texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Luna Glow at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include offers and discount codes, new color drops, restock alerts, order-related updates and cart reminders.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. This program is open to mobile subscribers in supported countries who are the account holder or have the account holder's permission.
